Firstly they dont have a great sense of making breakthrough devices like the Apple iPhone. FOrget the UI and OS. They stick to a old 10 yr old technology called Symbian. They need to understand that the next gen phones wont run Symbian. no chance at all! At some point Android will become a much better option for nokia. But if they are to maintain their lead in the market, they surely need to do something better!
