Nokia’s Legal battle in Brazil for OVI trademark

Apparently some company named Ouvi in Brazil is not happy about Nokia coming up with the name OVI which sounds just the same as Ouvi. This has led to a courtroom battle between Nokia and Ouvi. Ouvi is so concerned about its brand name that it has taken the domain Ovi.com.br since 2004. Now that given with the similar names, changes of Nokia renaming OVi in Brazil is really high. To make things worse, Ouvi is a mobile player that sells rigntones and some SMS services. But hey, Nokia has that vitamin$ to its aid.
