Dopplr members share personal and business travel plans privately with their networks, and exchange tips on places to stay, eat and explore in cities around the world. Dopplr is popularly referred as a social travel network. It helps users plan their trips and share it with friends. The deal is expected to be worth $15 – $20 million. Dopplr also has an iPhone / iPod touch app and integrates with Flickr and Twitter.
